The Wolak Group is offering an opportunity to work for an established Dunkin’ Franchisee with 90+ locations and growing!We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our 20-week Manager in Training Program and become certified as a Restaurant Manager within our NY District.As a Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of a $1 million business and will oversee the development of your team, while ensuring and role modeling exceptional Guest Service and running a profitable restaurant. You will be empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of our guests and will foster a learning environment in accordance with the Company’s culture and mission statement. You will be responsible for hiring the right members for your team, as well as driving excellence in guest satisfaction, team environment, and profitability.Additional required skills and abilities:Ability to operate restaurant equipment.
Ability to operate a computer and various software including Microsoft Office.
Ability to establish priorities, anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Ability to work in fast-paced and high-volume operations.
Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with others, motivate employees, manage employee work productivity, and interact with customers.
Skill in problem solving and decision making. Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis experience, and judgement.
Position Qualifications:College experience preferred
Experience as a Shift Manager, Associate Manager, or similar experience in another career field, including Profit and Loss responsibility
Experience with POS Management Systems
