Arnoff a prominent 95yr old family owned logistics company in the Northeast, is searching for an exceptional Home Delivery (Final Mile)Assistant to provide support to our operations team. This is an opportunity to join a growing company with unlimited opportunities!

Responsibilities include:
Provide superior Home Delivery customer service for Final Mile deliveries.
Maintain Arnoff Moving and Storage's relationship with multiple vendors.
Schedule deliveries and returns
Resolve customer issues, customer claims, etc. . .
Other assigned administrative, operational projects and tasks as directed by the Final Mile Manager
This position requires strong customer service skills, ability to manage heavy call volume, organizational and pc skills. Knowledge of M.S. Office and proprietary software needed.
