Arnoff a prominent 96yr old family owned logistics company in the Northeast, is searching for a
Home Delivery/Final Mile Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:
Provide superior customer service for Final Mile deliveries.
Schedule deliveries and returns.
Maintain Arnoff Moving and Storage's relationship with multiple vendors.
Cross train with other members of the Final Mile Customer Service and Routing Team.
Work closely with Operations and Warehousing to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Other assigned administrative, operational projects and tasks as directed by the Final Mile Manager
This position requires strong customer service skills, ability to manage heavy call volume, organizational and computer skills, experience routing deliveries a plus. Must be able to multi task. Knowledge of M.S. Office and proprietary software needed.
