Greeter – we are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in Glens Falls, NY
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
Ask screening questions to ensure safety
Check temperatures using no-contact thermometer while wearing PPE
Assist patients and visitors with self-scan kiosks
Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory
Provide advice on local restaurants, hotels, etc.
Call for transportation services as needed
Call for interpreter services as needed
Be an outstanding first and last impression of every visitor
Customer service experience and good references from previous employers will be required. A neat appearance and outstanding attitude will be required.
This position may involve being indoors or outdoors and on your feet for the duration of your shift (some sit breaks are allowed). You must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each shift.
FT and PT available. We are seeking staff for 1st shift, 7 days/week.
