  This position provides administrative and program support for the Oncology Services Division. The primary role is to ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, authorization of services and appeal of denials for Cancer Center patients. This includes supervision of the Referral and Authorization Specialists and the Patient Registration staff ensuring superior operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for the patients, physicians and staff in the oncology clinic as well as those that interact with this area of the Cancer Center.
