Family owned and operated business seeking team member to assist in cleaning and maintenance detail of multiple properties and buildings. This is a full time, long term position with flexible hours, paid vacation and available health insurance.
A qualified candidate will be expected to have the following qualifications:
-Reliable (must have held previous job for at least three years)
-Motivated
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Common Sense
-Some mechanical knowledge and experience
-Landscaping and mowing experience
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb and work on ladders
-Clean drivers license and able to pass a back ground and drug test
-Attention to detail and cleaning experience
Work will consist of but will not be limited to the following:
-a lot of cleaning duties, due to retail environment and keeping areas clean for customers.
-cleaning bathroom to include toilets, sinks, floors and making any necessary repairs.
-sweeping, mopping, washing floors
-power washing
-painting (interior and exterior)
-apartment turnover work (painting, maintenance, repairs, cleaning)
-mechanical maintenance (replacing HVAC filters, cleaning HVAC units, etc.)
-car wash cleaning and maintenance
-gas station pump and tank maintenance
-multiple properties require mowing, trimming and landscape work. Must be able to work outside in the heat and cold and do manual labor!
-snowplowing and snow shoveling
-etc.
