We have an opening for an office/customer service associate who possesses excellent people skills and is energized by working with people and projects simultaneously.

Hours: M, T, W, Fri Part time
Starting Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour
General Responsibilities:
Answer phones and screen calls
Respond to email
Update a variety of databases
Maintain call logs
Screen individuals
Follow up with clients, providing superior customer support and service
Qualifications:
HS Diploma
1-3 years of office support/customer service experience
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work as a team and at times independently
Ability to determine projects in rank of importance
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour
