You will be responsible for project success, clear client communication, engineer development and leadership and positioning StoredTech as a trusted IT provider to help clients meet their business objectives.
Additionally, the Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and ensuring assigned clients' needs and expectations are met by StoredTech. The Director of Engineering acts as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
The Director of Engineering represents the entire range of company products and services offered to clients and prospects and works to deliver all solutions on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Drive efficiency and develop project management personnel.
⢠Deep technical understanding of the latest technologies used in business today
⢠Establish productive, professional relationships with all internal teams and external clients.
⢠Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customers' expectations.
⢠Project management and resource allocation skills (PMP, SCRUM, and/or similar)
