The general job description/requirements are as follows:
Bachelors or Associates degree and technical training with 5+ (min) years related industry experience
Recent relevant experience working on product development in the 2GHz to 8GHz range
Demonstrated proficiency in RF circuit prototyping/testing/troubleshooting/tuning down to the component level
Demonstrated proficiency in using general-purpose RF testing equipment such as (and not limited to): Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, RF/anechoic/shielding chamber, RF/microwave Power Meter, etc.
Works from written and verbal instructions, test specs, wiring/cabling diagrams, PCB layouts and schematics
Good verbal & written communication skills
Accurately & thoroughly records and maintains test datasets
Ability to work independently with limited oversight and direction
Comfortable using a soldering iron and performing PCBA rework
Ability to work down to 0102 size discrete component level
Recent relevant experience working on development of small, low-power (battery-powered) Transmitters and infrastructure-mounted Receivers is highly desirable
Familiarity with antenna prototyping/testing is a plus
