Key Requirements:
- Good References
- Successful history as a front desk associate or related hospitality experience
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, i.e Booking.com and Expedia
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Must have a flexible work schedule and available on call
Responsibilities:
- Register & process guests, perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
- Set-up breakfast and clean-up afterwards
