Live in Property Manager needed for 27 unit building. This is essentially the most important position in our company as the Property Manager is responsible for day to day operations as well as upholding our company's values and expectations. Should you be selected for this position, you will receive a 4-8 week paid introductory period ($400per/wk) and a complementary one bedroom apartment on site.
Upon successful completion of the introductory period you will be an employee on payroll receiving $400 per week - in addition to the one bedroom apartment (rent free).

JOB DUTIES
Daily oversight/inspection of the grounds, facilities, and equipment to insure working order
maintenance of curb appeal/day to day operations
Performance of showings to interested applicants
Relationship building in the local community
Management of onsite residents including but not limited to residents' requests, enforcement, residents' complaints etc.
Constant enforcement of lease terms including, parking, pet restrictions, and rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Good people skills/Problem solving skills
Communication skills
Maintenance experience (preferred 2-3 years)
Leasing experience
No Smoking
No Drugs
Must have a valid NYS Drivers License
Must be 18yrs or older

Delegation skills

FREE rent onsite
Salary ($400 per week)
