Get Smart Products pfile.com has been a leading internet retailer of photo albums and picture frames since 1988. We are looking for a full time customer service rep/data entry associate.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer phone, chat or email inquiries
Take inbound phone orders
Download and process website orders
Create and apply shipping labels for outbound packages
Must be detail oriented, organized and good at multi-tasking. Must speak and write professionally and eloquently. We offer a pleasant, small office work environment with casual dress.
2+ years college preferred
1+ years customer service experience preferred
