BROOKLYN CIDER HOUSE is a farm cidery with a cidery in Brooklyn and an apple orchard in New Paltz, NY. Our philosophy on cider and food is about keeping things simple. By sourcing the best possible ingredients, we are able to highlight the natural flavors in our foods.
LINE COOK:
We are looking for help with our pizza and burger stations. You MUST be able to handle high volume and be focused and consistent. If you have experience with pizza and/or cooking with wood fire, that would be great, but not required. You must be a team player who is willing to help out with whatever tasks need to be done, including prep and deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment. PAY IS VERY COMPETITIVE!
DISHWASHER:
We are looking for a dishwasher who will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as clean the kitchen equipment.
32-40 hours per week. Our hours of operation are Thursday to Sunday and holiday Mondays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day). Please apply only if you are available to work on weekends.
