Looking for that someone special with great seafood cooking skills and customer service experience. At our small twenty seat eatery, the kitchen team shares all the tasks, and all the tips.
So, our new cook will fry, saute, grill, prep & shuck, etc. They may also take phone or counter orders, pack up take out or run food. They will help out with dishes when needed, as well as general kitchen cleanliness.
Days: part time or full time, Saturday availability is a must!
Interview Assessment will include basic knife skills, clam & oyster shucking, fish & chip frying, salmon grilling and whipping up a white clam sauce.
This is year round employment. You will be expected to be available for all summer holiday weekends, Thanksgiving Week and for the entire month of December.
