Requirements:
-Minimum 4-years current experience
-Current ServSafe Manager Certification
-Knows HACCP standards
-Fry, Grill, Saute, Dough Making, Pizza & prep experience
-Understand recipes and managing kitchen & staff
-Understands inventory, cleaning, sanitation, ordering, food safety
-Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring, training
-Read, write & speak English / Listening Skills
-Able to remain on feet for long shifts in hot kitchen environment
-No allergies to sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
-Good communication & technology skills
-Must have work authorization/proof of citizenship
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Follow recipes and instructions
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-No restrictions to work movement
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires bending, standing, stretching,
seeing, hearing clearly.
