SUSHI EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
We are looking for an experienced line cook with a passion for food and a "can-do" attitude to join our Culinary Team. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow with a restaurant and executive chef that uses seasonal organic grown produce, free-range meats, wild caught fish, and sustainable ingredients from local farmer and vendors. We are looking to add a sushi section to our restaurant so someone familiar with Japanese cuisine, SUSHI mostly is a requirement.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Production and cooking to ensure all items are prepared to meet deadlines and standards
-Properly Execute plated dishes with varying components to standards set by Executive chef
-Complete all closing requirements as directed by Executive chef
-Taste and review products ensuring quality and consistency with preparation and presentation
-Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining new recipes, presentation, and products
-Have working knowledge of inventory ordering systems
-Identify and communicate issues and suggestions to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef for policies and procedures to improve the operation

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 – 65 per week
