We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.
All candidates must:
Have at least 2 years in a Management Position in a comparable restaurant with direct experience managing staff, ordering and inventory, and managing a service
Have 5+ years experience in a fine dining environment
Be proficient in all aspects of managing a restaurant and strong wine knowledge
Have an innate sense of hospitality and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Be willing to carefully and patiently teach staff in menu and wine knowledge
Set an example for cleanliness and organization and find ways to inspire those around you to excel on all levels
Create and maintain systems for ensuring quality in execution of our service
Be able to communicate clearly, carefully, and respectfully with all staff
We expect someone in this role to bring great ideas of his or her own, but to also coax great ideas out of the staff. In this position, we expect a talented leader who can inspire all of us to grow.
