Chef Mike Anastacio is looking for an experienced Sous Chef with passion and desire to improve themselves in all aspects of the kitchen. Ideal candidates will have the following traits & skills;

-Ability to work quickly in an organized fashion and can handle all aspects of running a kitchen in a quick service restaurant.

-Able to handle the following responsibilities: food preparation of fresh ingredients, timely preparation of high demand products, oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the kitchen, coordinate with staff, maintain quality of food coming out of the kitchen, and work in a fast paced environment.

-Must have the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late evenings.

-Time management skills and attention to detail are a must.

We are also looking to hire experienced line cooks with focus on techniques, time management and cleanliness, and lastly, dish washer and porters. In a chef driven environment, the back of house staff is the backbone to the establishment, and we are looking to gear up for our biggest year to date. Chef Mike and his team wish to hire a kitchen staff of all experience levels, who simply want to better themselves.
