The Maker Hotel, located in the vibrant community of Hudson, NY, just two hours north of NYC, is seeking to expand its team. The Maker Hotel project is comprised of our highly curated and acclaimed destination Restaurant, Lounge, Café and Hotel. Kitchen – Line Cooks, Dishwashers
The Maker is seeking passionate, self-starting , career-driven individuals to join our kitchen team, lead by Executive Chef, Michael Poiarkoff. His experience in high-caliber NYC restaurants and honed skill in modern and classic cuisine makes him an invaluable mentor and resource to our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is someone whose creativity is founded upon comprehensive practical experience, with enthusiasm for the local food community. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to gain mentorship from the chef to help execute a seasonal menu. We are currently seeking line cooks, and dishwashers. AM/ PM; FT / PT schedules available. All levels of experience will be considered.
