Caring LPN needed to care for my 26 yr old, non-verbal, Autistic son who is ambulatory.
Knowledge of G-Tube feeding, suctioning, and respiratory treatments a plus.
Duties include: monitoring patient's daily vitals, preparing formula for G-Tube,
Assisting patient with all Daily Living skills, and accompanying patient on outings.
MEDICAID NPI ID# is required for this job, as Medicaid is the payor.
Hours available: Mon: 7 AM - 10 PM (there are 2 shifts--recipient can work one or both)
Thurs: 7 AM - 10 PM (there are 2 shifts--recipient can work one or both)
Wed: 5 PM - 10 PM
