HR Support Admin
Job Summary
Our agency is in search of a HR support admin who will work independently at one of our large client sites with approximately 100+ rotating employees. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and administrative duties. The successful candidate will support management by providing guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management and employee relations while fostering a positive work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between employees and management.
Recruiting duties as needed.
Conduct onboarding of newly hired employees and enter new hires in ADP Workforce Now.
Conduct employee orientation, development, and training.
Manage all aspects of Time and Attendance, from overseeing that employees are successfully using the time clock as instructed, to processing the information in ADP WFN. This includes reconciling/validating data on a daily basis to ensure accuracy for payroll.
Support routine reporting requests. This includes running weekly and monthly reports.
Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee changes in ADP WFN in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English a MUST.
Recruiting or other HR experience preferred.
ADP Workforce Now preferred or other time and Attendance management system experience.
Computer Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and resourceful mindset.
Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and good communication skills.
Excellent time management, organizational skills.
