Apprentice carpenter / finisher / laborer wanted

Responsibilities:
-Carpentry work: hanging doors, shelves, cabinets, trim work etc
-Drywall/Painting
-Remodel Kitchen and Baths
-Tile work
-Flooring/Wood/Tile
-Roofing and Siding
-Framing
Qualifications:
-Previous experience a must
-Detail oriented, maintains high standard of workmanship
-Punctual
-Can Supervise onsite help or work independently a plus
-Can Communicate job progress to supervisor
-Cannot be afraid of heights
-Must have reliable transportation
-Knowledge of safety procedures
-Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, tape measures etc.)
-Ability to work independently and problem solve
-Owns their own tools a plus
-Owns their own truck a plus
Compensation: $12-25/hr BOE
