$15.00 hour starting rate.
Must be reliable, with a good work ethic. Work pleasantly and respectfully with co-workers.
We take pride in producing good fresh chicken for our customers.
Experience a plus! but not necessary. We will teach you the skills of the job.
Job description:
Work butchering chickens in our small scale slaughter house, we process twice a week.
From slaughter of the live chicken to cutting up fresh chicken into chicken parts for retail.
Clean up (wash and spray down) of the rooms after processing.
Assist in packing product, weighing, labeling, boxing up orders.
Washing and packing eggs.
Help prepare product packaging as needed such as applying labels.
Tuesdays 6 am - 2pm
Weds 6 am - 2pm
Thursday 7 am - 12pm
Pleasant work environment. The building has air conditioning. We provide Keurig coffee, and snacks in the break/lunch area. You may eat lunch outside in the outside picnic table area if thats your preference. We provide PPE(masks, and hand sanitizer), we also provide comfortable, anti-slip processing boots.
This is a no smoking premises.
