DHM Properties is a large Property Management Company located in Albany, NY. We manage and operate over 7,000 apartments throughout the NY, MA and NH markets.
We are currently accepting applications for a Cleaner/Porter to assist with the maintenance activities of an apartment community in the Wappingers Falls, NY area. We are seeking a candidate that understands the importance of customer service and who will support the companys philosophy of going above and beyond our residents expectations.

Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
Maintaining the cleaning of apartment building hallways
Maintaining the cleaning of on-site laundry rooms
Maintaining the exterior entrances of apartment buildings
Communicating any maintenance and property needs with supervisor(s)
Regular inspection of buildings and grounds
Overall property condition
Some building maintenance (will train as necessary)
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
Attention to details
Previous experience with cleaning
Ability to work on-call for snow removal
Customer service and professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Employ good judgment
Valid drivers license a must
