We specialize in game court construction and masonry. Courts - basketball, tennis, volleyball etc.. Masonry - patios, walkways, retaining walls etc..
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to) -
- Assist in the construction and prep work of installing game courts, patios, walkways, retaining walls, brick, block, stone, concrete placement and formwork.
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment.
- Dig ditches or trenches.
- Operate various tools and equipment. Also, clean, inspect and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Wear appropriate work attire and protective work gear.
- Comply with all company policies as well as health and safety laws.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Minimum of 1 year experience in construction
- Capable of operating tools and equipment associated with this job in a safe manner.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to carry out strenuous physical tasks.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment.
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE (We will run an MVR).
- Ability to drive trucks.
- Willing to have a background check and drug test.
WORK CONDITIONS -
- Punctual, hard working and drug free.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 80lbs+, work with equipment and tools on a regular basis.
- Able to work flexible hours including some Saturdays. Some travel involved.
- Due to most of our work being outside this position may be seasonal.
