Our client is seeking Forklift Operators to work out of their Milton, NY location in Ulster County. The Forklift Operator will be loading trucks promptly and properly according to shipping documents. Other job duties may include:
Maintain facility's equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
Complete daily inspection of equipment
Verify load accuracy - check load count, stability, and product damage and report variances
In order to be successful, the Certified Forklift Operator must:
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Have a flexible schedule, as overtime will be required as needed
This is a full time temp-to-hire position, Monday-Saturday. The client currently has openings for 3:30pm-1am. Pay rate for all shifts is $14 per hour. This is a great opportunity to earn overtime hours every week!
If your forklift certification is expired, we will provide the opportunity for you to be re-certified so don't let that discourage you from applying!
