- Expected to clean all rooms in the home
- Washing dishes
- Keeping track of inventory items such as toiletries, kitchen basics & cookware, electronics, board games, firewood, linens, towels, etc.
- Reporting any damages or maintenance related issues to the Property Manager
- Watering plants
- Garbage removal
- Adjusting thermostats for heat and cooling systems to avoid fuel waste between reservations
- Staging gifts, towels and overall presentation of the property to deliver upscale/high quality presentation for guests

Cleaning short-term rental homes (Airbnb's) requires various tasks that are different than cleaning residential homes. We are seeking people who are passionate, detailed oriented and willing to go above and beyond to ensure each of our properties are hotel quality for guests.

Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
