Community in Pomona, NY in Rockland County seeking a property maintenance / handyman person with experience
duties will include:
building inspections of interior and exterior of buildings
changing light bulbs with ladder
changing smoke detector batteries
some painting and power washing
replacing electrical switches and outlets when needed
fixing loose shingles on roof or siding
dumpster area maintenance - keeping areas clean
cleaning gutters and leaders
some heavy lifting will be required
other light maintenance work (masonry, electrical, sheetrock, etc.) when requested or needed
person will need to be organized, and provide property manager with written reports and work orders
MUST have CELL PHONE, CAR, and live in close proximity to Pomona, NY
hours:
Monday-Friday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
5 days a week - 5 hours a day
+ extra hours to complete work orders for extra money
