RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and develop event marketing strategies, including event selection, set-up and tear-down of event displays, and creation of marketing materials
Attend and supervise events
Supervise event marketing staff
Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
Promote Renewal by Andersen and Gutter Helmet products
Enforce company programs related to event marketing
Schedule appointments at events for free quotes
Track all lead generation
Provide assistance with general marketing functions as needed
TO SUCCEED, YOU MUST HAVE:
Experience in face-to-face marketing, event marketing a plus
Managerial or supervisory experience
An enthusiastic, motivational, and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to maintain a positive company image
A valid driver's license
Weekend and evening availability
