RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Support and develop event marketing strategies, including event selection, set-up and tear-down of event displays, and creation of marketing materials
⢠Attend and supervise events
⢠Supervise event marketing staff
⢠Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
⢠Promote Renewal by Andersen and Gutter Helmet products
⢠Enforce company programs related to event marketing
⢠Schedule appointments at events for free quotes
⢠Track all lead generation
⢠Provide assistance with general marketing functions as needed
TO SUCCEED, YOU MUST HAVE:
⢠Experience in face-to-face marketing, event marketing a plus
⢠Managerial or supervisory experience
⢠An enthusiastic, motivational, and outgoing personality
⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
⢠The ability to maintain a positive company image
⢠A valid driver's license
⢠Weekend and evening availability
