HomeTourVision is looking to add experienced and talented Real Estate Photographers as independent contractors to our growing team in Orange County and surrounding areas. We are busy! This is an excellent way to supplement your income. Immediate start for the right person.
We are looking for candidates with an eye for detail, an understanding of bracketing photos for HDR, understanding of composition and angles, and own a DSLR with wide angle lens. (16-35) or equivalent lens for crop sensor and mirrorless cameras.
Real Estate photography experience is required.
Photographers may also be trained to operate our Floor Plan Mapping Software System to provide floor plans/ 360 degree virtual tours.
For our walk-through video tours, photographers must own a Gimbal Stabilizer such as a Ronin M or S or Zhiyun Crane.
Floor Plan system will be provided by us.
Here are the type of photos we need our photographers to take.
All sales, scheduling, and editing are done by our in-house team. All you need to do is take the media and send it to us by the end of the day.
This is a fast paced, volume based business so must work quick and efficiently.
We need excellent photographers with the required gear who are presentable and personable and can be flexible during the week and occasional weekends.
If you are an FAA Certified Drone Operator, please let us know also.
Pay is very competitive. Compensation is by job. Depending on service performed, jobs can range from 2-5 per day/10-20+ per week.
Media must be uploaded to our FTP server the same day as the shoot so high speed internet is also a must.
Requirements:
DSLR Camera capable of shooting 5/2 in AEB and also a wide angle lens. (16-35 / 10-22)
Understanding of HDR Bracketing
Professional Quality Tripod
Flexible weekday schedule (some weekends)
Reliable and insured vehicle
Excellent customer service skills
