Typing AIA contracts
Filing
Change orders
Tracking Materials
Follow up with subcontractors
Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills and grammar
Outlook, Excel, Word a MUST
Basic Building and construction knowledge a big plus
Minimum of 5 years exp
Must be able to multi task and provide excellent customer/client communication

Office hours are 8-4 but can be flexible
Salary commensurate with experience $50,000-$70,000
