JOB DESCRIPTION: High-volume sample order entry, order follow-up for approvals, problem solving, heavy phones, filing and releasing approved jobs to production. Must be able to manage a production schedule to insure all orders are shipped on time. Will be working closely with all departments.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a self-starter and team player and be very well organized and obtain exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Accuracy, efficiency and QuickBooks experience are a must as well as multi-tasking in a busy environment. Knowledge of art files in Adobe Illustrator a major plus.
Regular Hours 9-5:30 Monday-Friday, with overtime hours needed to keep on schedule.
