Fitness Sales Director Retro Fitness of Cortlandt Manor is seeking a dynamic sales leader to take our group exercise and personal training programs to the next level. The right candidate will be career minded, highly organized, and will have demonstrated a successful track within the sales and/or fitness industry.
Responsibilities to include:
1. Timely response to and management of incoming leads Call, text, and email prospects, coordinate with PT Manager and Group Exerciser Director to schedule Trial PT sessions and Group-Ex intro classes.
2. Learn and execute the CMRF prospect intake, hand-off, and sale closing protocol.
3. Follow through with internal, external, digital, and social media sales and marketing initiatives.
4. Creating and nurturing a referral network with local businesses.

The compensation package will include base salary + commission and bonus incentives.
