Full Time Administrative Assistant
Growing hospitality group in the Hudson Valley seeking Full Time Office Administrative Assistant. Work in our main office in Saugerties supporting our restaurants, catering and retail businesses. Must have great people skills, and an ambition to grow and learn and help make our business grow and operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
Organization and filing, both physical and electronic documents.
QuickBooks bill entry, reconciling and general data entry.
Assist in tracking data across businesses in Microsoft Excel.
Help enter catering event orders into our system and coordinate payment details with events team.
Assist with marketing efforts- updating websites and print materials.
Order and organize office supplies
Help support Management Staff with requests.
Coordinate with other employees to gather data and project info as needed to centralize information and work requests.
Assist in HR documents and paperwork.
Order marketing items for each business.
Coordinate travel and reimbursements
Qualifications
Experience in office and corporate work
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft products (Word, excel, outlook)
Prior work in hospitality a plus
Great organization skills and communication skills.
Familiar with Apple products
Very accurate in work and great attention to detail
Associates degree or higher a plus.
Ability to understand and work with accounting terms and figures.
Ability to multi task and manage a heavy workload, know how to prioritize.
Compensation is hourly and dependent on Experience.
Flexible days and hours.
