FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT ESTABLISHED MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT COMMUNITY in Garnerville, NY
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
REQUIREMENTS:
High energy and a positive attitude
Strong sales background with the ability to close
Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong ability to multi-task, great organizational skills and attention to detail
Fair Housing knowledgeable
Walk for long periods of time including stairs and high inclined hills
Work well in a team environment as well as individually
Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
Verifiable references required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer a high volume of phone calls and emails
Meet with and show apartments to prospective residents
Provide informational tour of property
Screen applications
Generate leases and conduct lease signings
Plan & Assist in Community events
Market & Advertise the property and apartments
Create ideas for better resident retention
