Company seeking Full Time Administrative Assistance. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering Phones
- Mail & Shipping
- Banking
- Correspondence with Customer & Vendors
- Assistance with Management Scheduling
- Data input of invoices for Customers and Vendors
- Filing
- Other associated Office Duties
Prior office experience is preferred. Must have own transportation and valid Drivers License. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required. Please submit resume, including desired salary, via email.
