Busy, small manufacturing company looking for career minded Administrative Assistant.
Applicant must be punctual, reliable, well organized, flexible and self-directed, with excellent judgment and customer service skills.
Duties will include answering phones, taking, entering & invoicing orders, accounts payable, as well as certain ongoing projects and office support.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
