Very busy growing real estate office is actively seeking an individual for the front desk position. We are looking for someone who is professional, welcoming, and pleasant, to greet clients and customers.
Primary position duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments (via appointment software), as well as basic filing, scanning, etc.
Must be organized, a team player, with attention to detail, reliable, and have good phone / communication skills. Must have basic computer and office equipment knowledge as well as basic skills in Microsoft Office programs.
