Immediate opening for a SERVICE WRITER -Full Time Monday to Friday Schedule.
DUTIES include :
Schedule and coordinate all service calls.
Write up service orders.
Assign work to shop mechanics.
Monitor warranty work.
Manage rental equipment.
Answer incoming calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous related experience preferred.
Computer literate at moderate level or advanced.
Working knowledge of Microsoft.
Customer service skills.
Willing to train.
