Full-time Baker: We are looking for someone with professional baking experience to join our team in our newest bakery in Poughkeepsie. You will be mixing doughs and batters according to recipes provided, rotating ovens, mixing with 80qt mixers, going in and out of freezers, scaling and baking. Must be able to work independently for most of the shift, lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work a 3AM - 11:30AM shift. This is a fast-paced, high-production environment.
