Our Sales Associates help us create what we feel is a complete shopping experience for our customers. Our team members are involved in various aspects of the business, which include product knowledge, customer service and merchandising, along with basics including routines and maintenance.
Approx. 24-32 weekly hours. You must be available to work a minimum of 5 weekend days per month.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent retail customer service that reflects our company standards
Staying familiar and up to date with products, concepts and merchandise information
Maximizing selling opportunities
Exhibiting the skills and commitment of a team player
Communicating effectively and professionally with all team members within the store
Keeping the stockroom organized, neat and clean
Answering the phone courteously, promptly and according to our company standards
A PLUS but not required-Social media account management and website product management experience
MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO APPLY.
