This associate communicates key initiatives and information to store employees and managers. Primary responsibility is to drive sales for our client.SUPERVISION:ÂThe iTeam Associate reports directly to the District Manager.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:Support a well-known technology brand in retail locations.ÂÂUnderstand technology brand, entertainment gift cards and their customers.Work closely with store managers and associates to inspire them to be enthusiastic about the brand by:Speaking with persuasion and influence to improve in-store sales.Merchandising and stocking gift cards on specified fixtures and planograms.Maintaining demo devices and displays.Changing out graphic signage on fixtures and demo displays.Cleaning dedicated fixtures and demo displays.Addressing display and fixture challenges for store personnel.ÂÂAccurately reporting in-store visit data.ÂÂÂÂÂBuild relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel to achieve the goals of our client.Maintain working knowledge of all client products to be a subject matter expert.Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed (display/fixture/product placement/pricing).Be comfortable with technology; be a tenacious troubleshooter and problem-solverComplete store visit reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines.Communicate with manager, reporting any issues, concerns and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and voicemail the same day or within 24 hours.Manage route/schedule independently, ensuring territoryÂ(approx. 60-70 locations per month) visits areÂcovered per expectations.Plan route efficiently; overnight travel is required in some territories (travel expenses reimbursed) and may include air travel.Develop, implement and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores.Available to complete on-line & in-person training as needed.Be innovative and bring new ideas to the table.Be a team player who thinks quickly on your feet.Have the flexibility to meet change head-on without batting an eye.Be an action-oriented leader who has an eye for details and be a true self-starter.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Retail merchandising experience (1+ years required); sales/relationship building and negotiation experience also preferred.Advanced understanding of current technology such as smart phones, tablets, MP3 players.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with clean driving record and current automobile liability insurance. Must be able to provide evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.Available to work full-time in stores. Typical schedule is normal business hours, 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours are rare. Seasonal weekend and holiday hours may be required.Must reside in a centrally located area in the assigned territory.Must have a computer with internet/email access and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Develop, implement and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores.Ability to store supplies and point of purchase materials needed to complete job responsibilities.Personal credit card with available credit to book travel as needed; travel expenses are reimbursed.Will be paid travel time and mileage reimbursement for personal car use.Frequent use of computer using both hands.Ability to:Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environmentSitReach with hands and armsRead and writeEffectively communicateCount and perform basic mathematic functionsSortOrganizeAssemble things according to written instructionsRegular lifting of up to 25 lbs to move stock or displays to and from personal vehicleRetail Execution East LLCiTeam
