We are a rapidly growing security firm currently seeking a SUPERVISOR CANDIDATE for our Pearl River, NY location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years security officer experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory role, and a working knowledge of fire alarm panel, security alarm system and other standard security components/equipment found in a high occupancy commercial building

DUTIES:
⢠Supervise 15-20 full and part time staff members at a large scale commercial office complex
⢠Review, revise and ensure that security policies and procedures are followed by staff
⢠Compile site specific documentation including scheduling, payroll, overtime, incident reports, daily, weekly and monthly checklists
⢠Inspect all staff members daily to ensure company grooming and appearance standards are followed
⢠Ensure full staffing coverage is achieved on all shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays (24/7/365)
⢠Communicate day to day activity with the client in a concise, professional detailed manner
REQUIREMENTS:
⢠Must be 21 years or older
⢠Must possess a valid NY State Security Officer License
⢠High School Diploma or G.E.D
⢠Must be prepared to work flexible hours
⢠Must be accessible 24/7
⢠Must have excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
⢠Ability to act as a liaison between company and client
⢠Maintain a neat, professional appearance
⢠Maintain company professional standards
⢠Must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation
