Ever since opening our doors in 2008 we believed in offering our customers the highest quality product at the best value. We are currently looking for a Canvass / Events Manager to build out our canvass and events team. We are looking for a strong dynamic leader that has a "get the job done no matter what it takes" mentality.
Canvass / Events Manager Responsibilities:
⢠Recruit new marketers by way of Indeed, craigslist and job fairs
⢠Train and develop new hires on how to properly market our solar / roofing services in a retail or outdoor environment
⢠Run weekly meetings and conference calls to motivate team and drive business
⢠Establish a great relationship local vendors and retail locations
⢠Scheduling and territory assignment for marketing team
⢠Set individual goals for reps and make sure goals are met
Canvass / Events Manager Responsibilities Qualifications:
⢠Must have at least 4 year of sales / marketing management experience
⢠Ability to use a computer, using word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and email
⢠Possess good grammar, punctuation and communication skills
⢠Ability to perform tasks and assignments with minimal supervision, using good organizational skills, and with meticulous attention to detail
⢠Ability to work independently and in group setting
⢠Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
Canvass / Events Manager Responsibilities Benefits:
