Modular home sales in the Hudson Valley Region. We cover Ulster, Columbia, Greene and Dutchess Counties.
Job Description
1. Responsible for the sale of modular homes by following up on leads and pre-qualify customer's ability to purchase.
2. Communicate in extensive detail new home construction knowledge with potential home buyers plus finishing options available. We offer turn key construction. We offer from first time home buyers to high end "this is our last home" and high quality. We are BBB accretiated and NYSERDA certified Energy Star Builders.
3. Make follow up phone calls and emails daily to set client appointments.
4. You will have to help with the coordination and communication with our subcontractors clearly all scopes of work to be performed on each build.
5. You will have to maintain rapport with customer by communicating progress and any hiccups and resolving any of their concerns.
6. Some evening and weekend work may be required
Qualifications/ Skills Needed
We are looking for someone with new home sales experience and construction knowledge. Must be professional and have the ability to promote our company by listening to our clients, negotiating and closing sales. Must have a dependable vehicle
We are Willing to offer weekly salary plus Sliding commission for each home sold. More specifics will be provided upon review of your resume.
