Roofing - Ability to identify specific types of roofing materials and implement proper installation and repair methods. Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation including simple hand tools and specific roofing related tools. Siding - Must have siding installation experience. Must have experience in operating a siding brake. Windows & Doors - Skilled in removing old windows and doors and responsible for making sure new windows and doors properly fit and operate in the homes they are installed in. Ability to frame out new opening should new window or door be of different size.
Ability to identify safety hazards on project sites and take corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risks associated with those hazards. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors as well as laborers on project sites. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects including materials and equipment. Ability to work at heights as well as access heights from a ladder. All jobs require the ability to use power tools, caulk gun, take proper measurements, operate equipment safely. It is helpful to have Construction/Home Improvement/Remodeling experience. Employees are expected to display professionalism and craftsmanship, have a willingness to train and apply skills within the trades. Must have personal tools and ability to drive to work site. Drug and alcohol free workplace. You must be willing to provide references of your past work.
