Looking for help from an experienced, lawn maintenance professional. Full or part time employment available.
I'm looking for someone with the following attributes:
1) Reliability - must have a desire and ethic to show up on time, on all scheduled days.
2) Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who wants to look at what a nice job they did as they drive away to the next lawn.
3) Experience - must know how to use a weed whacker. Many hours of weedwhacking experience is required and you will be asked to demonstrate skill before being hired. Also knowing how to operate a zero turn mower is a major plus. We run Bobcat Predator Pro's.
4) Follows Direction - For the most part weedwhacking is all the same but every company has things they do that make them unique and we are no different. We have a SPECIFIC method in how we approach weekwhacking a property and you will have to learn and execute that system. Also, there will be specific instructions on how to reply to this add.
5) Character - Looking for someone who is honest, considerate, doesn't feel the need to make excuses, has good work ethic and who isn't lazy.
Be someone you wouldn't mind having work at your house by your family. Be drug free, random drug tests may be given.
We cut most of our lawns in Warwick Ny but we meet up off of Pine Hills rd. in chester/sugarloaf ny. Looking for full or part time guys and pay is very competitive and based on experienceI will appreciate good help.
