Oversight of small niche business including planning, staffing, directing, organizing and controlling of budgets and finances. 2-5 years of business management experience required. Other important activities include ongoing customer contact so as to maintain and expand a satisfied client base as well as planning for the growth of the business and improved productivity and profitability.
Required skills include the ability to supervise the work of others, oral and written communications, computer literacy, self-motivation, and ability to work without constant supervision, ability to handle stress and conflict, organizational skills, especially in terms of scheduling and work planning. Physical abilities to handle duties of subordinates, if necessary.
