We're looking for fun, creative and flexible staff to provide community based support services for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages. Community Support Professionals work one on one with individuals on their caseload to implement unique services, to explore and build skills which support increased independence, inclusion, and community engagement. In terms of work locations listed above, you have the option of choosing the towns you prefer.
Responsibilities:
Provide in home and community based supports including modeling, teaching, skill development and respite for families.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the agency's approved driver criteria
